The unique climate in Tokaj breeds botrytis, also as known noble rot. The grape that infected by botrytis is made to be Tokaji white wine. It gives our palate and body sweet feeling which is locked into our heart, when we drink Tokaji. A few years ago, I had an interview with famous wine critic writer Hugh Johnson. And I asked what his favourite wine is. He told me it is Tokaji without any doubt. Since economy in East Europe was recovered in 1990s, its wine industry has got a fresh start. The news said Hungarian government and EU invested 3.3 billion euros for developing wine industry and tourism in Tokaj. So, does it mean that Chinese customers would taste more and more Tokaji wines in Chinese market?
